Infrastructure and Reliabilty

Wise-Sync's infrastructure is designed to deliver product performance focusing on stability and security. We do this through a committment toward research and development as well as rigorous application testing. Our cloud infrastructure is implemented using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and makes use of Availability Zones in both the US and Australia.  The AWS data centers are audited to SOC 1/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 standards and meet PCI DSS Level 1 and HIPAA requirements. 

With a focus on security, our servers and applications fully utilitize the following AWS product and security frameworks:

• Web Application Firewall
• Encryption of your data at Rest
• Encryption of your data in Transit
• Full Database and File System Encryption
• Backup Encryption

Here at Wise-Sync, we take any imminent threats to our service and product performance seriously. Our teams follow consistent incident management process and multiple levels of escalation. Outages of any duration is unacceptable, and we strive to provide the best possible service. 

Our business practices, application and infrastructure security are regularly examined and verified by the governing authorities to prevent a data breach and provide uninterrupted service.
