Emerging IT is an MSP based in Melbourne, Australia; found that in order for the business to move forward. Having ranged #177 in the world-wide MSP Mentor 501, Emerging IT recognised the importance of the systems needed to help them manage their growth.
With over 50 staff across several offices, the challenges presented from their internally developed system. They chose ConnectWise as their PSA, and continue to make in-roads in their transition from heavily manual processes.
While at the ConnectWise usergroup in 2015, we caught up with Steve to hear more about the transition and how they were progressing as they made this significant business transformation.
