Wise-Sync Major Upgrade of Billing Platform

News   Written by Paul MacNeill on May 30, 2014

It's been a long time in the making, but we got there. We've been working on our billing platform integration with BrainTree for over 6 months now; and the development team worked extra hard to cut over before the end of financial year.

Having looked at all the products available we found that what we needed would be best accommodated through our own design and construction - not sure if we expected it to take that long!

The Result is that Wise-Sync can now able to offer full self-service for account setup, plan changes and management of Credit Card details. Integrated with the Payment Gateway services of BrainTree, Wise-Sync will continue our tradition and not store any sensitive data on our servers. It also paves the way for us to continue our expansion into multiple markets as our product offer grows and the reliance of Wise-Sync as a key part of the ConnectWise ecosystem cements this value as a key part of MSP Partner Success.

The enhancement also provides users with direct billing history further extending our use of the API from Xero; by delivering invoices directly from our own xero organisation.
